She has extensive knowledge in core functions including marketing, merchandising, planning, finance, and HR. She began her retail career in the Executive Development Training Program at Macy’s and has subsequently held multiple positions in product development, HR, and talent acquisition at Macy’s, Walmart Inc., and Ross Stores
