Rebecca SearlemanRebecca began her career in merchandising at the Abraham & Straus/Jordan Marsh division of Federated Department stores.  She moved on to planning and merchandising roles at Tiffany & Co., where she drove double-digit year-over-year growth in Fashion Jewelry across seven channels of business.  Rebecca then developed her planning and management skills at Ann Taylor before joining Prada North America as Retail Planning Director, where she oversaw merchandise and inventory planning for all product categories.  Rebecca followed her five years at Prada with a return to department stores by joining Macy’s, where she had Merchandise Planning and Inventory Planning management roles of increasing responsibility at both the Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s nameplates.
