Susan Napolitano has over fifteen years of experience recruiting C-Suite and other senior level executives across multiple channels and tiers of Consumer distribution including Retail, Digital Commerce, and Brands.

Susan’s experience includes working within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Macy’s, Walmart Inc., and Ross Stores, prior to transitioning to Executive Search. Indeed, Susan’s passion for the Consumer and Retail world began at Macy’s where she began her career and training in their renowned Executive Development Training Program.

Susan has a comprehensive and contemporary understanding of the complex organizational requirements necessary in today’s highly competitive Retail, Brand, Services and Consumer businesses. Her approach incorporates a rigorous assessment of the strategic, financial and cultural pillars of the Client combined with a high touch approach to working with candidates.  Susan leverages a highly skilled recruitment team at Janou Pakter as well as the exceptional expertise of The Grayson Company consulting practice.  Together, Janou Pakter and The Grayson Company serve Clients throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia

Susan earned a BA from Stonehill College and an MSW from Fordham University.
